A gopher dirt mound may have a fan, kidney, or crescent shape to it. You can also see a "plug" of fluffy loose dirt in the center or bottom center of the pile. A mole hill looks more like a small cone volcano and more circular. The "plug" will be in the middle and possibly hard to see. There may be several of them in a row and usually spread out evenly. These piles will be profoundly raised on the surface.

Every job is different and sometimes the extermination or eradication method used may change due to the circumstances, location, severity of infestation, and the Customers want and needs. Usually pricing starts with a "Base " or "Knockdown" fee and may include individual "Bounties" or (occupied traps) when applicable. An Out of Area fee may apply depending on location. Prices may also vary depending on overall geographical location. A $75.00 minimum attempt charge applies to all estimates, jobs, and invoicing, no matter the final result. We also offer a 6 or 12 month property maintenance option. Call for a property walk and free estimate.
Terms Of Payment: Payment is due, in full, upon receipt. Any remaining balances due on the final billing statement is payable within thirty (30) days to avoid a late fee.
